She would not know her
father without you guys and
we would not of had the time
out that we needed in order
to communicate better for her,
so from the bottom of my
heart thank you.

The Centre has enabled me to
re-bond with my son after almost 2 years of being kept apart. It has been
a great help and continues to be with
the Saturday morning handover
service that the Centre
provides
How do I arrange Contact?
Contact is arranged through referrals and can be made by either parent or family member, a solicitor, mediator,CAFCASS or other professional body.
. On receipt of referral both parents will be invited to attend a Pre-visit.
These will be done separately and at different times.
. The Child/ren will also be invited with the Resident Parent so that they
are more familiar with the surroundingsd the staff/volunteers when
contact begins
. After the Pre-visits, a Risk Assessment will be carried out from the
information received and any other agencies involved wth either
party contacted.
. If Risk Assessment has been completed and no risks identified then
contact will be arranged on the nearest available date.
. If the Risk Assessment identifies any risk and contact cannot be
arranged at our centre, then alternatives will be given
. We arrange a maximum of 8 sessions for no more than 2 hours at a
time
. A review will take place after 4-6 contact sessions to discuss how
contact is progressing and if no Court Order is in place, how it can
continue after the time at the centre has ended.
. The child/ren will remain at the focus of contact and subsequent
discussions at all times.

Although we try and keep rules to a minimum, we need to consider the comfort & safety of the other families that use the centre and those that work there. Therefore, we ask you take time to read the centre rules by clicking the button below.
